President Charles J. Read, CPA, MBA worked within the financial industry for nearly 20 years. He also has volunteered in the Lake Dallas Independent School District teaching a business class to high school students for several years. During that time, he wrote student tutorials regarding basic finance and has authored the book Starting a New Business: A Simple Guide to Financial, Tax and Accounting Consideration for adults. Mr. Read is active in the Dallas/Ft. Worth community is a member of Toastmasters International, The Rotary Club of Dallas, the Town of Hickory Creek Parks & Zoning board and is vice chairman of The Town of Hickory Creek Economic Development Corporation.
