What Do I Have to Do?
The Paperless Payroll process is simple.
- Employees time records are entered digitally through electronic time clocks, computer software, card swipe or other electronic method.
- The submission is approved and forwarded to the internal payroll department for additional processing.
- The internal payroll manager loads this information into the Paperless Payroll software program along with any updates such as new-hires, terminations, address changes, etc. Employees may make their own account changes using the employee self-service option, per payroll department approval.
- When complete, the payroll manager forwards all information to the Internet payroll provider.
